My husband & I moved to Idaho for a lifestyle that is like no other, and found it! (Also, because our daughter & son in law moved and took our granddaughter here 😉 ) I am married over 30 years and have 3 adult kids all married & 2 granddaughters that are my heart. I have several years of real estate knowledge including but not limited to property management, VA specialty & first time home buyer experience. I maintain a business philosophy in real estate that provides the utmost in personal and professional service with unwavering dedication to my client’s best interest. I work 50% with sellers and 50% with buyers. This provides me with knowledge of property values and how to accentuate listings via staging, decor suggestions and marketability because I hear the feedback directly from my active buyers on a daily basis! I come from a family with a military (including my Marine son) and fire department background,  I am extremely proud of the values that have come from those aspects of my life.
