My background is in new construction sales. From finding the right builder, understanding construction loans, city inspections, zoning laws, design centers, etc,  I am here to walk you through every step of the new construction process. In fact, I consider it a specialty of mine ;). 

In addition to new construction, I am also active in the resale market. From procuring off-market deals, writing winning contracts, and negotiating transactions, when it comes to resale in this competitive market,  I am your best advocate. Let's win together!
