Andrew Yates

Andrew was born and raised in a small farming community north west of Boise called Fruitland. He moved to Boise at the age of 16, went to Bishop Kelly High School, and then on to The University of Idaho. He has a Bachelors degree in Finance; as well as degree equivalency in Economics and Spanish. Professionally, Andrew owns and operates Thompson- Yates Real Estate. His group owns findboisehouses.com and has a small team of experienced agents that have a primary focus on helping clients buy and sell Real Estate. Andrew has a particular knack for investment opportunities in our industry as well as development opportunities. When he is not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his Fiancé, Megan, their daughter Oakli, and their two dogs, Tucker and Riley. Together they spend as much time out doors as possible.
