Realtor

Licensed in 2005. I‘ve spent the last fifteen years working this industry while adapting to its ever-changing ways. The one constant that has always been there is: for the client to feel they are working with a responsible, knowledgeable, experienced Realtor who understands the industry and what the local markets are doing in the now. Some one you feel safe with...if you will? There's a lot of money and legal forms in every transaction that should never be taken lightly. You've worked hard for your money / assets and they need to be protected while moving forward toward your end goal. I understand the nature of emotions, expectations, timelines and market value from both sides of a transaction because I've got lots of experience working with buyers and sellers. I understand that real estate contracts are legal forms and should not be taken lightly. I educated my clients before the process gets to signing documents. I pride myself on the art of negotiations with buyers and sellers through their agents. This is a skill not to be taken lightly. It takes a lot of transactions to feel comfortable and confident advocating for you clients best interest without bruising egos. I realize that every client is different and pending your wants and needs I adapt to you and your methods not the other way around. Finding a Realtor that you feel comfortable with and trust is so important, so I am more than willing to meet / chat with you and just have a friendly open discussion to see if I’m a good fit for your real estate needs. If I need to bring in another agent to work with me from our office to handle your needs / wants I can and will. Homes of Idaho has a true team concept with a range of fields when needed? New Builds, Existing Homes, Investment Properties, Farm and Ranch, Vacant Land / Recreational, and Commercial. Remember my job is to make sure your real estate expectations to go as smoothly, professionally, timely and rewarding as possible to you. On a personal note my home state is Montana. We left because my husband is in construction and just didn't want to work in those bitter cold winter months anymore. The treasure valley was the perfect fit for us. We get our seasons and our lifestyle without giving up being close to family. I WORK HARD BECAUSE INTEGRITY AND MY NAME MEAN EVERYTHING TO ME... AS I'M SURE YOURS DOES!
