Douglas J. Lampman is a founder of Rvesta Capital Management, Inc. At 19, Mr. Lampman started his first business, Centennial Communications Corporation producing, performing and promoting music events throughout Montana and Wyoming. Mr. Lampman began his real estate career in 1983 with Grubb and Ellis in Chicago were he was rookie of the year. In 1984, Mr. Lampman Founded as broker Olympic Homes Inc., later becoming the Prudential Olympic Company, selling residential real estate in suburban & metro Chicago. From 1986 to 1988. Mr. Lampman served as the Midwest Marketing Director for Prudential, overseeing the growth of franchise offices across thirteen states. In 1989, Mr. Lampman became the Pacific Northwest Marketing Director for RE/MAX. Under his direction, the division expanded from 25 offices with 250 agents, to 100 offices with 1,000 agents. RE/MAX Pacific Northwest was fifth worldwide for franchise sales in 1991.Inaugural winner of Idaho business 40/40 award From 1992 to 2004, Mr. Lampman started & owned a 5 office RE/MAX franchise, operating in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian and McCall, Idaho. After selling the business in 2004, Mr. Lampman formed Homes of Idaho, Inc., a two office real estate brokerage company, with offices in Nampa and New Meadows, Idaho as Designated Broker specializing in REOs, short sales and BPOs across nine counties in southern Idaho. Over his 30 years in the Real Estate industry he has closed more than $500,000,000 in sales and holds several professional designations, ABR, CRB, GRI, e-Pro as well as licenses in many states . Mr. Lampman holds a BA from Rocky Mtn. College, & MA from Montana State University. Husband to Debra, Father of 3, Grandfather of 9.
