Jonathan and Amy Phillips

Amy and Jon Phillips are a husband/wife team with Homes of Idaho. Amy's background is as an educator, working as a teacher for 19 years in the Treasure Valley. In addition to teaching, she studied interior design in college, and has staged homes for years. Jon's background, pre-real estate, is in construction and operations management, and working for a disaster company who handled water and mold disasters. His natural acumen for new construction and home construction is an asset as he works through home inspections and inspection issues for their clients. Amy provides complimentary staging consultation and Jon negotiates through the inspection process by analyzing reports and providing expertise. For fun, they love hanging out with their kids and doing all of the things outdoors that make Idaho amazing. This includes mountain biking in the foothills surrounding the Treasure Valley, hiking and exploring the state, camping, kayaking and skiing with friends and family. In addition, having four children has afforded them the opportunity to volunteer in the community with the Boy Scouts, spend many years as soccer coaches, and serve as volunteer coordinator for local young adult service organizations. Their depth of knowledge, work ethic, and communication style help them to develop life-long relationships with their clients, and make the process of buying or selling your home a smooth, positive experience!
