Have You Been to Brick 29 Bistro?

One of my favorite places to eat in Nampa is Brick 29 Bistro. We paid them a visit recently to get a closer look behind the scenes.

We’re here in downtown Nampa visiting one of our favorite restaurants, Brick 29 Bistro. Let us introduce you to this hidden gem with the head chef and owner of Brick 29, Dustin Bristol.

According to Dustin, Brick 29 Bistro originally began as Lodge 29 back in 1919. The name is an homage to the building’s past. They started in the ballroom, then built a penthouse and moved to the top floor.

This is our favorite place to eat in Nampa. They source local produce, beer, and wine and offer a menu filled with comfort food of an elevated variety. It’s almost that time of year where they’re going to be serving their pumpkin bisque.

Behind an innocuous-looking janitor’s closet in the same building is the Craft Lounge. This is an awesome, new part of the restaurant that just opened. It was something that they wanted to create in the community to serve delicious, custom craft cocktails.

In the future, Dustin also plans to open a giant banquet room to expand their business even further and to bring their delicious food and drinks to even more Nampa residents.

Don’t forget to check out the Craft Lounge behind the janitor’s closet.

Before we go, we also wanted to mention a fantastic property that our friend Austin Colton has just listed for sale here in Nampa. It’s very close to Lake Lowell and located inside a gorgeous new community. It’s a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with immaculate landscaping located just a few miles from the beach. You can see it for yourself starting at the 3:15 mark in the video above.

Thanks so much to Dustin for joining us today. If you have any other questions for us, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
