This research report lists above-average homes that I feel are priced thousands below the list price of average homes. For much of my 30+ years in real estate, I was licensed as a Certified General Appraiser and a licensed mortgage loan originator. Because of this experience, I am the man to call if the property needs to be sold because of death, divorce, or other hardship. I am also an expert in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
