Hello, I am Holly Hughes a licensed real estate agent for the state of Idaho. I have lived in the Boise and surrounding area for the past 15 years. I love everything Idaho has to offer; the long beautiful summer days, the well-kept cities, the great outdoor adventures to the nearby mountains and lakes, and all the wonderful activities the treasure valley has to offer.
We first moved to Idaho when my husband was stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base and we fell completely in love with the area, so I understand what attracts you to purchasing a home here. I have three beautiful children two of which are in our local public schools and active in sports. We have purchased and sold houses in the area as well as built our forever home, so I know how it feels to be on the buyer and seller side of transactions. I provide my clients with exceptional service that makes the home buying, selling, and building experience as easy as possible.
In addition to real estate knowledge, I bring a unique perspective to my clients as I am a licensed insurance agent in Idaho & Oregon as well. I am currently inactive in the insurance business; however, I have over 9 years of experience in the industry and can provide you with important home owners insurance saving tips as well as help you understand your coverages and address concerns with homes from an insurance perspective. I also actively pursue my hobby in equine, we own Pleasant View Stables LLC, which is a family-owned business that provides horse boarding, training, and riding lessons.
I am also very active within the Middleton community; I am the Cheer Director for the Middleton Optimist Cheer program and a coach for the Middleton Middle School Cheer program. I believe in giving back to the community and understand the value of citizen involvement in our local areas, so I try to volunteer and help in the community whenever possible.
