Larry Martin

Hello and welcome.

If I may introduce myself....I am Larry Martin a licensed Realtor in Idaho. I am referred to as "Doc Martin" by many of my loved clients.

So you just might say "I make House Calls!"

My wife and I moved to the beautiful Treasure Valley area a few years ago by way of the Willamette Vally in Oregon. Like many parents of adult children we were drawn here to stay close to the grand babies.

My wife and I grew up in Corvallis Oregon where we both finished degrees at the two Oregon Universities.

I went on and completed a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida School of Medicine (hearing and balance disorders), and later went on and studied in the area of Homeiopathic and Holistic Medicine. Spending several years doing cellular research.

I grew up in a family that home building was the focus. My dad was a contractor so I had many years working with him or one of my older brothers. A couple of my family members were real estate brokers so I was always exposed to this profession at a young age.

After a car accident (rear ended by a drunk driver) I had to walk away from my clinical work. When we moved here, I decided to study real estate and work in this area. I am able to use my many years of experience in helping families sell their existing homes to move up or even to down size. Or to assist others like us who are choosing to move to this area to enjoy a more peaceful style of living.
