REALTORĀ®

A fulfilled life is a happy life, and here are a few things that bring Stan joy: spending time with family, serving as a parent leader with his daughters’ Girl Scout troop, walking alongside his little puppy, hitting a few balls at some of the local golf courses, and helping his clients buy and sell property right here in the Treasure Valley so they too can enjoy a happier lifestyle.

The foundation of Stan’s real estate career is his experience as a communicator and as an educator. He uses this experience to help guide his clients through the real estate process. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, he worked as a broadcast journalist and as a high school English and video production teacher in California and Idaho.

Stan has discovered that his professional background as a journalist and as a teacher prepared him exceptionally well to be a realtor. People want to know that the person dealing with their most important financial asset knows how to communicate and explain the steps and intricacies involved in selling or purchasing a home. The realtor should be comfortable in fostering long-term relationships that don't end once a deal is closed. Communication, education, marketing, and building relationships are the hallmarks of Stan’s real estate business

Although Stan has traveled around the United States and Canada, the Treasure Valley is the place he has chosen to call home. He was born in Nampa and lived here until heI was five. He grew up in California and went to college in Utah. When he and his wife Alison were deciding where they wanted to raise their children, they couldn't think of a better place than the Treasure Valley. The people are friendly, the climate mild, the activities diverse, and the environment secure.

Please let Stan know how he might be able to help you. There’s no place like home in Nampa, Caldwell, Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Middleton, Star, or any of the other wonderful communities in the Treasure Valley.
