Joshua Rahrer

I am a proud, local Idahoan who was born and raised in the small town of Emmett, ID in a family with strong military roots. After growing up and graduating from high school, I was fortunate to be drafted as a professional baseball player right out of high school. After 6 years of baseball, I decided to retire and go back to school to continue my education at Boise State University, where I obtained my Bachelor of Business in Marketing. Upon completion of my degree, I was presented with the opportunity to start a profession in property management working with villas and properties in Italy. During this time, I have been able to travel to many destinations around the globe visiting over 22 different countries and have studied and admired each location and culture. Along the way, I have successfully invested in Boise, ID real estate, learned Italian as a second language, managed a successful Airbnb, and still to this day, coach baseball with private pitching lessons. In my first year in real estate, I achieved the Rookie of The Year Award for performance and productivity. It is a great pleasure to be able to use my unique background to provide the best experience and care for my clients.
