Originally from California, Tina Alzaga relocated to the Treasure Valley ten years ago. It all started with a family visit during spring break vacation. Tina’s love of agriculture, harvesting, and exploring nature trails only enhanced while discovering the Gem State. She felt an instant connection to the area after walking the Boise Green Belt and listened to the flowing water. Captivated by the welcoming communities and breathtaking outdoors, she was sold. Her refreshing experience enticed her to make Idaho her new home.

Tina Alzaga is a second-generation realtor who has been immersed in the family real estate business throughout her life. Tina watched her family create lifelong relationships while assisting clients in making one of their biggest decisions. Early on she learned of important core values, integrity and tenacity. 

Her former background in the building trades sharpened her skillset in discipline, teamwork, and exceptional time management. Poised, forward thinking, and motivated by excellence, Tina carries an expertise in Idaho’s market knowledge for local, out-of-state, and international clients. She easily cultivates positive relationships both in the field and office. Personable and attentive, Tina enjoys supporting her clients by uniquely matching their needs and desires with a thriving living space.
