David Coleman

I am a proud Idaho Vandal, that is originally from Bellevue, Washington. I have lived in Idaho since 1990 and seen the amazing growth, first hand, not only in North Central Idaho, but the Treasure Valley as well. I have 10 years of real estate experience and look forward to being an advocate for my clients, and continuing to enhance my effectiveness as a Realtor.

I specialize in the residential market, with both buyers and sellers,  but also am in collaboration with D3V Black Building and Develpoment to bring new construction opportunities to the greater Boise market. I am excited to partner with this amazing group to offer these properties starting in late Summer 2024.

In my spare time, I am a youth volleyball coach with Mountain View High School and also Boise Ignite Volleyball Club. If I am not working, I'll be coaching, which is my other passion.
