Serving both Buyers and Sellers for over 30 years has given me priceless experience in both Marketing and Negotiation. Experience together with Continuing Education in this Field has given me lots of opportunity to help many with both Listing and Selling their homes . My specialty is in new construction. My Husband and Son have built over 2000 new homes in the Treasure Valley. I have had the pleasure of designing many of the floor plans some custom built and some spec homes. I have worked in the Treasure Valley during this time From Eagle, Star, Meridian, west to Nampa, Caldwell, Marsing, and more.
